?Eco club organized a seminar for the students of class VIII on 7.7.26 Tuesday, at 10:30 a.m. The Resource Person Mr. T.N. Ravikumar Teaching and Research Assistant (Biodiversity Conservation), VIT delivered a talk on the topic "Restoring the bond between Humans and Nature". Our Secretary Sri. K. Rajesh kumar Jain Sir presided over the programme.
?The programme commenced with prayer song & lighting of the lamp. Vice Principal welcomed the gathering. The Introduction of the Resource Person was done by Subject Head of Biology and Secretary Sir honoured the Resource person with shawl and momento. He conducted an interactive session with the students on what they should do to protect biodiversity. He talked about how trees and other living species are important for maintaining biodiversity. He answered the students queries and presented a reward as a token of appreciation. He planted saplings along with the ECO Club students in the school campus. The programme ended with vote of thanks proposed by the student President of Eco club.
