The Secretary, staff and students of our “Bhagwan Mahaveer Dayaniketan Jain School gathered with immense pride and solemnity on 31.7.2025 (Thursday) for its Annual Investiture ceremony, which hallmarks the formal appointment of Student Council for the Academic Year 2025-26.
The ceremony commenced with the chanting of the Prayer Song Navkar Mantra followed by singing the Tamizh Thaai Vazhthu. The auspicious lighting of lamp was an indication of dispelling ignorance and ushering in hope and wisdom. Our Principal gave the Welcome Address this was followed by a detailed introduction of Our Chief Guest for the day Mr.S.Sudarshan, Head-Outreach & corporate communication, VIT by our Highschool Vice Principal.
The much awaited announcement of the student leaders and club leaders was given starting with the Head Boy, Head Girl, each House Captain, Vice Captain and Club President were vested with their badges and sashes from the Chief Guest. Our Head Boy, G.V.Pranav of XII-A declared the Leader’s Oath which was repeated by all student leaders.
Our Chief Guest Mr.S.Sudarshan delivered a motivational speech and addressed our students to learn all good values and gain knowledge in their school journey itself.
Our Secretary Sri.K.Rajesh Kumar Jain Ji addressed the students to develop and mould themselves into better leaders. Our Academic Advisor also felicitated our students. Later, Zonal level Kho Kho winners’ certificates were distributed. Academic Co-ordinator of class IX delivered the Vote of Thanks. Finally the ceremony got over with the singing of the National Anthem.
